We have isolated the affected traffic and updated our routing to avoid the suspected connection. We are working with the provider to confirm the nature of the issue, in the meantime customers connectivity should be restored.

After working with the provider we were unable to identify a cause of the fault. We have therefore decided to leave this provider offline to ensure stability of the network. We will be removing the disable configurations as part of our standard network changes.
