Incident: Inbound/Outbound calls are currently non-operational for all customers/Secura Teams.

Incident Details

We are currently aware of ongoing issues with inbound and outbound calls to our main number (0207 183 2540) and are working towards a resolution as soon as possible.

All customers.

After monitoring the calls during the day, we are happy that calls are now correctly flowing inbound.

Normal service is starting to resume. Calls may continue to intermittently drop/not reach our teams, however, we are seeing a high number of successful calls which could indicate this issue is likely to have been successfully mitigated.

We will continue to closely monitor call-drops and provide further updates in due-course.
