Microsoft Direct Routing

[Investigating] We are aware of issue with Microsoft Direct Routing with call flows, we can see this look to be a wider impact outside of Node4 impacting Microsoft. We are engaging with Microsoft on this, further updates to follow.

[Monitoring] We have received updates from Microsoft that this is related to a change within Microsoft side which have been regressed. Service should have resumed form 12:20. If you're still experience issues please report this to our service desk.
