Some customers may be experiencing issues with Passive FTP connections via their VPC Edge Gateways
We have received reports from customers experiencing issues with Passive FTP connections to their Virtual Machines protected by Edge Gateways on our VPC platform. We are working closely with VMware to understand the cause of the issue and provide a workaround or fix as soon as possible.
A workaround is now available for this issue. Please contact the service desk if you are impacted by this issue.

Our engineers are currently working with VMware on a workaround to disable the functionality that’s causing FTP Passive connections to fail. We are working in our test environments before rolling out the workaround to affected customers.
