Some of our Managed OS Customers may have received false-positive alerts from our monitoring platform regarding their services going offline.
Our on-call engineers began receiving a number of alarms from 20:21 from one of our monitoring platforms. We have quickly established that the alarms were false-positives, however a number of our managed customers would have received notifications of services offline.
We are reviewing the affected monitoring platform to ensure that it is reporting all services online, secondary systems have not indicated any issues with the platform.
Secura are working with our partners to understand the root cause of the issue and will issue further communications when we have more information.
