Some customers are reporting issues viewing the remote console or powering on/off virtual machines via our VPC Portal.
Some customers have reported issues with some actions in our VPC Portal. Actions including viewing remote consoles, powering on or powering off virtual machines appear to be affected.
Our teams are looking into this issue and hope to have this resolved shortly. Running virtual machines are unaffected, just the management portal.
Our engineers have identified the cause of the issue and working on a resolution. We expect to recover access within the next 30-60 minutes while the back-end services are restarted.
These restarts are not expected to have any impact on running virtual machines, just the VPC Portal.
We have resolved the issue with one of the back-end vCenter environments which has resolved the issues. Customers should now be able to use the VPC portal without further issues.
