We are currently experiencing an issue with storage performance in the VEN1 availability zone. This is leading to slow performance of affected virtual machines. Engineers are currently investigating the issue.
Update (10:00): Engineers are working with Dell support as a priority 1 incident. If you are impacted by this issue please log a ticket via email to [email protected] Our ops engineers are in the process of creating tickets for customers impacted by this incident.
Update (12:30): The performance issue has been resolved following a storage controller reboot. This was non-disruptive as the second controller remained available throughout. Normal storage performance levels have been observed since 11:50.
We are continuing work with Dell on resolving this issue and are continuing to monitor all infrastructure for signs of issues.
