On of our cross-site network providers is performing emergency maintenance on one of the links in our network. This is happening between 22:00 20/12/2018 and 04:00 21/12/2018

What are we doing?

One of our Cross-Site network connectivity vendors has announced they need to perform emergency maintenance on the hardware of one of our connections which will take the affected link offline reducing redundancy in our core network.

What does this mean to you?

This should be “At Risk” only but some customers may experience a small amount of packet loss while connections that were using this link are routed over alternative paths. Full redundancy is planned to resume by 04:00 on 21/12/2018
