We are updating network configuration to optimise traffic flows for storage replication, backups and facilitate enhanced cross-site networking.

Works: Network Configuration Maintenance

We will be completing works over the course of these evenings and will send notifications when changes commence & complete on those evenings.

What are we doing?

We are updating configurations across our core network to enable larger packet traffic between sites. This is to optimise traffic flows of storage replication, backups and will facilitate enhanced cross-site networking.

What does this mean to you?

These windows should be considered at-risk only. The planned deployment involves making changes to one side of redundant pairs at a time. The planned changes are not anticipated to cause any issues and customer access/virtual machines should be accessible throughout.

Due to the nature of network changes, you may see occasional packet latency as traffic dynamically routes over the resilient section of the network. This should not affect applications and services.
