We have noticed this morning that any tickets sent in since this morning to the ConnectWise service desk via email are not being raised.
There appears to be an issue between ConnectWise and Office 365 which is currently being investigated.
Please note that this issue is now resolved.
The resolution was to reset the passwords on both the Office 365 account and the IMAP Setup Tables within ConnectWise Manage.
This issue is now documented and the team are aware so should not occur again.
