We received alarms at 23:08 of a fault in a storage array in ISL1. This has automatically self-healed.
At 23:08 05/06/2019 our engineers received alerts from a storage array in our ISL1 VPC Zone. The storage array has performed an automatic recovery of one of the redundant controllers and the recovery is being investigated.
We have not observed any further failures and monitored systems in the ISL1 zone have not triggered any alarms.
We will be working with the vendor to understand the root cause and schedule in preventative measures.
