Good Morning,

As no further issues have been seen since the switch back we have now closed this notification.

Good Evening,

Please note we have been informed by our Service Management team at Virtus that the switch back was successful and no issues seen.

We have not seen any alerts here at Secura and will continue monitoring as per usual overnight.

If no further incident overnight we shall close this notification in the morning of 6th March 2020.

Good Afternoon,

Please note that we have been informed by the service management team they will be switching back from the generators to mains power at 17:15.

We will be on standby for this time to monitor this switch and inform you once complete.

Good Afternoon,

Please note that we have been informed the engineer with the spare parts is now onsite and works has commenced to rectify the issues identified.

Once complete Secura will be notified prior to transferring back to mains power.

A further update from the Service Management team is that Investigations and testing are still being carried out.

The site remains stable and regular checks are continuing.

Good Morning,

We have been informed by our Data Centre Management Team that they are currently experiencing a power outage and therefore running off of the generators.

Please note we are not experiencing any issues due to this but are currently running at an ‘at risk’ period for both ISL1 and ISL2.
