ConnectWise (ServiceDesk) authentication issues

Customers and Staff are currently experiencing issues logging onto the ConnectWise Manage portals. ConnectWise support staff are already looking into the case.

We are aware that ConnectWise are experiencing issues with their central authentication platform which may be affecting our customers ability to log into the ServiceDesk as well as our engineers.

We are keeping an eye on tickets and inbound emails in the meantime, however if you have any critical issues please phone in on 0207 183 2540.

This only affects our ServiceDesk system, all other services are operating normally.

Update – 26/11/2020 – 09:00

ConnectWise teams have deployed a workaround to the issues. The problems were reported to be related to the AWS US-EAST-1 region which are almost resolved. The AWS Status can be reviewed at AWS Service Health Dashboard

Update 27/11/2020 – 09:00

The issues with AWS US-EAST-1 were resolved yesterday, and ConnectWise have confirmed that all login issues have now been resolved.
