We are aware of some issues that affect a small number of our managed clients whereby the servers are unable to check-in into our monitoring systems.

Following patching of our managed servers’ monitoring systems to the latest release, please be advised that we are aware of some issues that affect a small number of our managed clients whereby the servers are unable to check-in.
What does this mean?
Managed clients should not see any changes or impact on their managed servers. Nonetheless, they may notice a delay in our team reaching out proactively and could become aware of certain issues, such as disk space and service availability, before our team does.
Should you have managed servers, and become aware of any issues which would have normally been picked up by us, and we have not been in touch about, we would ask that you call us on 0207 183 2540 to raise this with our Operations team.
This incident was resolved with a manual upgrade of the server agents.
No further action was required and all monitoring had resumed.
