Further to our previous communication;

Efforts to recover the failed core routing device have been unsuccessful and therefore we are in the process of arranging hardware replacement. Our engineer is on route to the Data Centre to carry out remedial work this evening.

We are still currently running in an ‘at risk’ period until we resolve the issue.

Further to our previous communication;

Efforts to recover the failed core routing device have now been successful with the hardware replacement. We will continue to monitor the core network over the weekend and if no further issues seen we will close this notification on Monday 1st February.

We are no longer running ‘at risk’ but will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Update – 01/02/2021 09:45

Further to our previous communication;

Since the successful hardware replacement on Friday (29/01/2021) we have seen no further issues with the network.
