Good Morning,

We have this morning noted that there has been a network circuit failure starting around 09:36 between our VEN and ISL datacentres. This caused the networks to failover to a secondary line which will have caused a brief network outage whilst the connection was re-routed.

We are currently investigating root cause and will provide further update as soon as we are able.

Update – 17/03/2021 10:55

It has been confirmed that the circuit provided by eunetworks is currently down and they are reporting a major incident.

We have logged a case with them and they will keep us informed with progress updates.

During this time we are running ‘at risk’ and we will update securastatus.com regularly throughout.

Update – 17/03/2021 12:46

A fibre cut has been suspected and the supplier is sending a team to investigate. ETA is 13:30. Further updates to follow when received.

Engineers have arrived on site at Slough to check the infrastructure. Investigation is continuing.

Update – 17/03/2021 23:34

Engineers have implemented a fix and services have been re-established. A RFO is being prepared and will be available to customers upon request.
