We experience a temporary loss of one of the power feeds in our NGD facility which was resolved at 11:44

Our monitoring platforms highlighted a temporary power issue in our NGD data centre. We are working with the provider to understand the impact and cause.
Our engineers are currently reviewing the impact, but with our cloud platforms covered by dual-power supplies there does not appear to be any impact.
If you are experiencing any issues in our NGD facility, please raise a case with the service desk.

The Data Center provider has confirmed there was an issue with one of the power feeds (power restored at 11:44). We are awaiting updates from the provider with more details.

The provider has restored mains power and will be providing an update to the cause later. Our systems are no-longer considered at-risk. As before if you are continuing to experience any issues, please contact the ServiceDesk.
