Our monitoring highlighted an issue occurred on the THN/ISL DC interconnect between 08:20 and 08:24. There may have been some impact to customers during this period as the network preferred routes changed over.
Investigations from euNetworks shows a short flap on the service was caused by a hardware vendor field engineer during the replacement of a faulty card, the fibre on the Network card was accidently touched. Currently the light levels are within the specs and no further interruption is expected.
