We are migrating the database behind the Cloud Director (VPC) portal and upgrading the versions of Cloud Director. This is to address the recent portal performance issues following advice from the vendor.
The VPC Portal https://vpc.securacloud.com will be unavailable during the maintenance window. This means our customers will be unable to make any changes to their running virtual machines (such as resizing, powering on/off) or making changes to the firewall rules.
Virtual machines already running on the platform will be unaffected and continue to be available. Once the new portal is available, the Remote Console port will be running on a new port – changing from https://vmrc.securacloud.com:443 to https://vpc.securacloud.com:8443. For customers that have restrictive outbound firewalls we advise to make sure this new port is available if you encounter any problems accessing the remote console.
